Services

Our diverse range of operational security services

Static Guarding

SIA Licenced personnel
Main duties include:

  • Guarding premises or property against destruction, damage or unauthorised access.
  • Carrying out patrols to deter or otherwise discourage the above from happening.

SIA Security licence is a lower level licence than a Door Supervisors licence; therefore we only train our staff to the higher level of SIA Door Supervisor. Our customers benefit from the supply of better trained staff and at no extra cost, purely because this licence allows greater flexibility within our business.

Mobile Patrols

SIA Licenced personnel
This is classed as a Manned guarding activity, which includes any of the following:

  1. Guarding premises against unauthorised access or occupation, against outbreaks of disorder or against damage;
  2. Guarding property against destruction or damage, against being stolen or against being otherwise dishonestly taken or obtained;
  3. Guarding one or more individuals against assault or against injuries that might be suffered in consequence of the unlawful conduct of others.

All of the above includes providing a physical presence, or carrying out any form of patrol or surveillance, as to deter or otherwise discourage it from happening or to provide information, if it happens, about what has happened.

We offer this as a cost effective alternative to static guard(s), carrying out internal and/or external patrols, our experienced staff are tracked by GPS using state of the art technology producing real-time tracking. This enables us to manage response times and resources efficiently, passing these savings on to the customer. Customers will also receive regular detailed reports of their patrols undertaken.

Key holding and alarm response

SIA Licenced personnel
A Key Holding licence is required when keeping custody of, or controlling access to, any key or similar device for operating (whether mechanically, electronically or otherwise) any lock.

We provide a low annual cost key holding service, taking over responsibility of attending your premises out of hours. Our alarm response times meet the Association of Chief Police Officers recommendation of ‘within 20 minutes’ arriving at a premises following notification of an alarm. Our key holding service is provided free whilst customers have an on-going static guard provision with us of more than 12 hours per week.

CCTV

Monitoring the activities of the public in a public or private place.

A Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence is required when guarding activities are undertaken involving the use of closed circuit television equipment.

Single or multiple cameras, we can provide a temporary or permanent installation of overt or covert CCTV. This may compliment a static guard provision or be a standalone fitment to monitor the customers’ requirements.
Our installer/monitors are certificated SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarm Inspectorate Board) so you can be confident that the design, installation and aftercare of all our systems meet the highest standards.
